One of my core values is authenticity.  I try to bring that to all aspects of my life, including my coaching.  When working with clients, it’s about tapping into who YOU are and how YOU want to show up in the world.  My approach might not always fit, so let’s work together to find a way that feels authentic to you.

For the last 10 years, my unpaid side hustle has been helping colleagues, friends, and family with resume review, interview prep, and salary negotiation.  What I found was that it brought me so much joy that I decided to practice what I preach.  After a 30-year career in mortgage and financial services, I’m channeling that experience to help women discover their potential.  Coaching lets me do what I love most while building a lifestyle that can feed my love of travel.

When I’m not talking to amazing women, I can be found exploring Minneapolis and St. Paul through food, theatre, and music.  I also volunteer to teach financial education across the Twin Cities.
